Telecommunications and the utilities field are areas we have attained a high level of success. We have vast experience in recovering lost dollars for large telecommunication and utility companies. This work includes recovering dollars for damage to large underground networks.

In relation to the handling of claims for underground facilities, we understand the regulations and laws that specifically affect this specialised area. Reviewing ticket requests, analyzing locate drawings and reading the client’s underground facility maps is a major part of our experience. Our claims system has the capability of producing detailed costs for damage repair work and our success rate in recovering these costs back for the client is excellent.

We are members of the Alliances for the underground companies and a participant on the Best Practices Committee of those organizations.

We work with the client to recommend and assist in the development of damage prevention measures providing training when required.

Our IT specialists will work with the client to produce monthly, quarterly and specialized reports to meet the client’s requirements.
